Friends

 Jenn came down for a weekend in June! It was so much fun to see her and play with her. I am so grateful we got to know each other so well before she moved back up north-- I miss her! But it was great to have her come and visit! We went to Pasta Factory (of course- so yummy!) And Jelisa and Shellee came over on Sunday to update us on their lives! Love girl talk! Good Times!

Horse Ride..

Anilee and I went to see Eric and his horse Jessie a few weeks ago. It was fun to ride her, she is a great horse! Fun times!

Good Family Time...

Grandma Bev and I drove to Vegas last Saturday morning for my cousin Brittany's bridal shower. The shower was great and it was fun to spend time with the family! Brandon, Karalee, and Janelle had birthdays this week so the adults went out to celebrate that night! Grandma came home and I stayed for a few days before I left for my trip to South Carolina. It was fun to play with Janelle and Lori for a few days! I just love my family!

Girls Nights

My friends Amber and Angie and I try and get together often for a fun girls night. This last time we made fruit pizza and enjoyed talking about life and memories of the good old days! I met Angie in 7th grade and Amber in 8th grade... Over the years we have had some great times together! I love that we still keep in touch! ;) I am thankful for good friends in my life!

You never know how much you influence other people- or how much they influence you! Always surround yourself with good friends! :)

A Day in my life...

This past week was pretty busy but full if good things! I started my day off, last Thursday, with a bike ride with my roommate Courtney! We stopped by and said hi to Grandma Bev and on the way home I did get a battle wound, but it was a fun morning! I also made "snot bars" which are amazingly delicious! (no snot is involved in the making... they are just gooey goodness). My whole family loves snot bars! Our carpets got cleaned! Yeah! (you know you are an adult when you get excited to have your carpets cleaned) then some of our friends had a dinner night and I even got to ride a horse! ( pictures to come) It was a fun filled day!

It is Summer Time!

 When we go to the Lake, it is one of the best feelings to prove that it is summer time! I love spending time at the lake! We went this last Saturday and Monday (yes my blog is finally caught up) :) I have so much fun with Amy and Jayson! Their friend Heather and her kids came too! So much fun! I have had some trainings and classes this month, so I am super excited to play the rest of the summer!

This was the cake adventure! I'm going to preface that my friend Sarah and I have no experience with making cakes... this was our idea and we just did it. For a ward activity we had gone bowling and all the people that were bowling on our 2 lanes decided to make a bet (for dinner of course). So when we did the dinner night Sarah and I decided to make a bowling ball cake! It turned out okay and it was a fun adventure!
