I love having little breaks from reality! :) Lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and hanging out on the lazy river was wonderful. We went to Las Vegas for a few days but mostly just to relax :). The food was great and we our shopping consisted of the Bass Proshop (where I got my new swimsuit and saw the cool aquarium). Courtney and Cami joined me for the fun and the red rock pics are from our adventures when we got home last week. We did batting cages, went hot tubbing, and played Frisbee. It was such a great time with the friends!

Wow how time flies! For some reason I tend to reflect once another birthday has come around. I can't believe how time really does go by so fast! Another school year is almost over. This summer it will be 10 years since I graduated high school. I can't believe how many things I have been able to accomplish since then. I have my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, my Master's Degree in Administration, and I am completing my Early Childhood Endorsement (of 30 credits) right now. I taught 5 years of first grade and 1 year of kindergarten. This reflecting helps me appreciate the help from above to be able to do everything that I have in the past 10 years. I am also grateful for all the amazing people in my life-- I am so blessed with amazing family and friends! I love you all! 10 years ago I went on an amazing trip to Europe, and this summer I get to do it again! I am so so so excited! ;)
