Work has been going great! Kindergartners are just so cute! I was talking to one of my students grandparents, who I know really well, and they had asked him who the cutest girl was in his class. His response was "Miss Gardner". Awwh! It was super cute! I also got a compliment from another little one, he was working on something and looked up and said, "Teacher, you have the most beautiful smile!"- that one just made my day :) My college homework starts up this next week, so my life is about to get crazier! My friend Chelsie, has been part of my inspiration with a new goal of mine. I have never really been consistent in working out and she has inspired me. She has been working out every day and is past day 50 now. I am on day 19 (not counting Sundays) and it is feeling great! At least 30 min a day to keep going! I'll keep you updated on that! My roommate Megan is moving out :( . I will for sure miss her! Tribute to the 267 girls :) But a new girl named Nicole is moving in so that will be fun! The church has made some changes with the singles wards in our area, I think it will be good, but for sure interesting. All the wards are 18 to 30, so I get to hang out with the young ones again! :) (I just won't tell them how old I am or how much schooling I really have done).

Kindergarten

The beginnings of Kindergarten! This week we have had the kids come by appointment for testing and to get to know the classroom! I get the whole class this next Wednesday! They are so cute and excited for school! Here is the new classroom! :) If anyone has any fun Kindergarten ideas for sure let me know! :) Any my cute flowers were from one of my students the first day back! How sweet!
LAKE!
So I finally made it to the Lake this year! We went a few weekends ago! I went with the Hansen's and Sumko's! It was so nice! Brittnie and Dan loved surfing and Aiden loved riding the board with Jayson-- I think that is father of the year award right there! :) Amy didn't make any pics but she is great at driving the boat and surfing! I'm so grateful for such great friends! :)

Suki Dog
July 22, 2010 we said our good byes to our family dog- Suki. He was 15 1/2 years old. Kathy and her kids had him before Kathy and Dad got married-- so he has been around longer than we have ;). He was so playful, he loved to go for walks and chase you around the family room. He was a great at cuddling. He was our little black and white soccer ball. I would always help take care of him and feed him if mom and dad were out of town. The past few years he hasn't been doing very well. Mom and Dad decided it was time to let him go. A vet came to the house and then Dad buried him in the back yard. It was hard to say good bye, but it was time. I'm glad we did it here at the house. Here are a few pictures of his last few days. We Love you SUKI!
