Deon's Wedding Day

In October, one of my best friends-Deon- got married! It was an amazing day! I was able to attend the temple and luncheon-- so great! :) I am so grateful for the example Dee has always been for me, and I am grateful for her friendship!

Dressing Your Truth Event

What a fun girls weekend! This event was in Salt Lake toward the end of August. Carol Tuttle is the author of "It's Just my Nature", which is a book about different energy types (personality types). My Aunt Lori's family introduced it to us a few years ago. Over the past few years it is fun to understand that we are all different, and think and process differently. I love appreciating all of the differences and strengths that we each have. It was a fun weekend of learning new things and having fun with the girls (eating and shopping) !

Thanks Ladies for a great adventure!

Scott's Cabin

In August 2011, Scott invited a group of our friends to go and play at his cabin up Cedar Mountain. It was a fun time of tin foil dinners, games, and staying up late! What a fun time with friends.

Road Trip

Toward the end of the summer in July, I decided to take a fun road trip up north to see a few friends. I had lunch with my sister Sharise in Provo and hung out with her for a bit. I also stayed with Shandra and Jayson for a night-- so good to spend time with them! It was right around Shandra's Birthday, so we went shopping and got her ears pierced. I got to see Melissa Vance and her boys-- we went swimming together- so much fun! I miss seeing her at work everyday! This picture below is Chelsie (friend from St. George, who lives in SLC) and Natalie & Natalie (who I met on the Lake Powell Trip)-- super fun girls! We did dinner and movie with some of Natalie Sullivan's friends. I also hung out with Deon and Tyler (her fiance) and Deon's family (for the 24th of July celebrations). Cami came with us to the REAL Salt Lake Soccer game-- my first professional soccer game! I stayed with Jenn Banks in Provo and we went to Park City and hung out with Natalie and Natalie for the day. Jenn and I had some great times-- walks with popsicles, 7 episodes of Gilmore Girls and Jamba Juice! Good times! I am so grateful for all the amazing family and friends in my life! I am so blessed and grateful for all the good times.

Sheep Bridge

Down by the River! Anilee took us to this awesome place at the river. We had a fun group of our friends that wanted to be adventurous! We jumped in (where it was deep) and we rafted down the small rapids. We ate food, stuffed cheetos in mouths (Spencer, Athena, and Paul had a competition). It was a fun time with friends enjoying the summer days!

Lake Powell Singles Adventure

My friend Jacob and two of his friends planned a Lake Powell Trip with friends and singles from all over the country. It was so fun to relax, play, and make new friends! We started with about 35 people at the beginning of the week and ended up with around 65. I didn't stay until the very end, but it was so much fun! My friends Amy and Jayson came out for a few days to share their boat with us! So much fun!

Joe and Farrah were the best entertainers of the whole group! :)

One morning we were all woken up by Joe screaming (like a girl) because when he was cleaning up his tent, he found this tarantula! The little bugger had crept under his tent in the night!
